We’ll start with a consultation call to chat about your travel goals, preferences, and must-haves so I can get to know you and your travel crew. Afterward, I’ll create up to two thoughtfully tailored vacation package quotes for you to review, complimentary! Not a fan of phone calls? That’s a-ok! Step 2: Booking Your Trip
Once you’ve picked your dream vacation package, I’ll handle all the bookings so you don’t have to worry about a thing. You’ll just provide a few quick details, like travel crew and payment info, and I’ll take care of the rest. This is also when you’ll pay the planning fee. Once everything is secured, all your confirmations and booking details will arrive in your inbox, ready to link to your favorite planning apps, so you can sit back and start counting down to the magic!
Step 3: The Planning Process
This is where the magic happens! From the moment you book to the week you depart, I’ll send helpful, expertly timed emails with tips and resources. Expect everything from theme park insights and Lightning Lane guidance to transportation tips and app tutorials, always curated for your itinerary.
Step 4: Final Payment
Your payment schedule will be available at any time in your secure client portal. You’re welcome to make payments along the way, and I’ll also send a friendly reminder as your final due date approaches.
Step 5: The Final Details
In the weeks leading up to your trip, I’ll share tailored packing advice, last-minute reminders, and prep tips to help you feel organized and excited. If you’d like, we can also schedule a final planning call to walk through any lingering questions or details together.

As a travel advisor, I do receive a small commission from our travel partners when a vacation is booked, but that compensation alone doesn’t reflect the time, attention, and care that goes into crafting each personalized trip. To ensure I can provide the high-touch, stress-free planning experience my clients expect, I charge a modest planning fee. This allows me to focus on quality over quantity and give your vacation the dedicated support it deserves from start to finish.
This isn’t about just booking a hotel. Anyone can make a reservation, but I help you create an experience that fits your family’s pace, style, and priorities. Vacations are too important to leave to guesswork. With my expertise, you’ll walk into your trip with a plan designed to make your time and investment go further.

My job is to help you get the best value for your vacation, which doesn’t always mean the lowest cost. Pricing is important, but it’s just one of many factors I consider when putting together your perfect package. I take your budget seriously and treat it with the same care I would my own, while keeping your family’s best interests in mind. Because your package includes many components, I’m unable to provide line-item pricing, but I always focus on creating a trip that maximizes value, fun, and stress-free planning.

Once we confirm your itinerary and you are ready to make a payment, You can access your Client Portal to create a pre-authorization. Your credit card isn’t charged immediately upon authorization, but what this does is give me all of the information I need as well as permission to make charges on your behalf. Your information is then saved, so you can easily revisit your invoice and make future payments quickly and easily.

In today's travel climate, I understand how important flexibility and the option to cancel your trip has become. Part of my job as your travel advisor is to educate you about each aspect of your trip's cancellation policy. The tour guides, hotels, properties, and experiences I curate for my clients often have their own unique set of cancellation policies, so I will include all cancellation details clearly in your trip proposal.

Yes! Most elements of your vacation package can be modified after booking, though there are a few important details to keep in mind. Non-refundable items, like stand-alone tickets or certain add-ons, may have limitations, and travel protection policies can also affect changes. In some cases, vendors may also have modification or cancellation fees. I’ll work with you to explore options like date changes or other modifications so your trip can stay as smooth, enjoyable, and as tailored to your needs as possible.

After our initial consultation call, the best way for us to communicate is through email. If you have something more urgent to discuss, we can find a time to schedule a phone call. Of course, while traveling, you will have my personal contact information so that I'm only a phone call away to help should a need arise.
