Kayla is the most helpful when it comes to breaking down your needs, I am so glad I had her help me plan my first trip to Disneyworld and Universal! She even took the time to follow up with me and got on a phone call to talk through my concerns or where I’m getting stuck on my plans. Purely Disney Magic! That is the best way to describe the amazing services provided by Kayla. I gave her a two week notice to when I wanted to escape to Walt Disney World. As someone who loves to plan my own trips, I took a leap in using a travel agent. Initially, I booked with Kayla to support her new business after following her YouTube channel for many years now. Little did I know, we would actually be needing her help! I follow Disney news regularly and know the ins and outs of planning a Disney vacation, so I truly did not anticipate this.

There is so much that can go into planning a trip to Disney, from setting a budget, to flights, airport transfer, special accommodations, potential special needs considered, dining reservations, planning for special occasions, and even weather scares! For this reason, we were so grateful for the tips that Kayla had to really make our Disney days feel worth the cost. Not to mention, her planning guide was absolutely incredible!

This review is way overdue! Me & my husband went on our first Disney World trip back in November 2022. I found Kayla via Instagram & watched a lot of her YouTube videos (seriously so helpful, go watch them haha) & knew she'd be the perfect person to help us plan our trip. Kayla (and her husband Mark-Allen) was super helpful & made the planning/booking process so easy for us. She had a lot of insights & cool tidbits to keep a look out for or try during our trip, which was fun. I don't think we could have pulled off such a seamless trip without her help, because planning a WDW trip can be daunting & really overwhelming if it's your first time.

I appreciated the amount of communication she provided. She kept us posted on when payments were due for our hotel stays, what events were happening during the time of our stay, whether or not she was able to get us the dining reservations, everything! Towards the end of our trip, Kayla even updated us that there was a hurricane headed our way & that there was a possibility we may be stranded haha (which we were). Keeping us posted overall & handling the majority of bookings, made everything stress-free & genuinely enjoyable. I would definitely use her services again in the future :)

Kayla is everything you want in a travel planner and more! She is so knowledgeable and really goes out of her way to make sure you the best vacation possible. She is so organized and has so many tips and tricks so your trip goes smoothly. We had the best time on our trip thanks for Kayla, for she helped with dining reservations, plane tickets, transportation you name it! She took off all the stress on my shoulders! Sometimes you think you don’t need a travel planner and I’m telling you I know Disney but Kayla makes it extra magical and knows even more than you think you do! Here’s the thing. Kayla just makes it easier. So much to do and see - she’s there through it all (including the middle of the night “what ifs”)! My trip was as stress free as I had hoped - I will not ever go it alone again. From recommendations to reservations to last minute changes, she’s my go to. And Y’all, she’s a little bit magic.
