Description text goes hereFrom September 8 through late October, the Fantasia kiddie pool and water play area at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort will be closed for maintenance. During this time, the Fantasia Feature Pool and Duck Pond Pool will remain open and Guests are also welcome to use the kiddie pools at Disney's All-Star Music and All-Star Sports Resorts. Guests may see or hear maintenance activity throughout the construction period.

From August 4 through mid-October 2025, Maestro Mickey’s located at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort will undergo a phased refurbishment. During this time, the store will remain open. However, Guests may see and hear construction in the area until the work is complete.

From January 2026 until late April 2026, the Surfboard Bay Pool and the kiddie pool at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort will be closed for maintenance. During this time, the Grand Slam Leisure Pool at Disney’s All-Star Sports will continue to be available. Additionally, Guests are welcome to use the other pools throughout Disney’s All-Star Resorts, including the Calypso Pool, Piano Pool and kiddie pool at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort; and the Fantasia Pool, Duck Pond Pool and kiddie pool at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort.

From October 2025 through May 2026, Guest rooms at Kidani Village at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge will undergo refurbishment, followed by refurbishment work at Jambo House from May 2026 through January 2027. During these times, Guests may see or hear construction work in the area. All amenities will remain available throughout the refurbishment.

Yacht Club:
Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is undergoing routine exterior maintenance through late 2026. As part of this work, the porte cochere will be closed through October 2025. This work may impact views from various locations throughout the resort, and at times, alternate paths of travel may be in place.
While efforts will be made to minimize disruptions, construction may be noticeable during daytime hours. All services—including valet, luggage assistance, and transportation—will remain available. All pools, resort dining and most other amenities will remain available.

Refurbishments will occur in select areas of Disney’s Contemporary Resort—including Bay Lake Tower. Please allow for extra travel time. Guests may also see and hear construction during their stay.January 26, 2026 Through Early May 2026
The Bay Cove Pool, the Cove Bar, the water play area and the whirlpool spa at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will temporarily be closed for maintenance. The Bay Lake Pool, the feature pool, the water play area and the whirlpool spa at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will remain open for Guests to enjoy.July 28, 2025 Through mid-November
Refurbishment work will take place near Contempo Café between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Guests may hear construction noise during these hours. -
Beginning early May, construction will take place near the Meadow Swimmin’ Pool area. The Meadow Swimmin’ Pool and Wilderness Swimmin’ Pool will remain open. However, the nearby tennis courts, volleyball court and the Meadow Playground will be closed temporarily. Please note that Guests may see and hear construction in the area until the work is complete.

As part of the ongoing enhancements at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, phased updates to the lobby, convention center and select areas will begin April 14. Portions of the lobby will close at times, and Guests may encounter changes to their path of travel. While construction will be noticeable during daytime hours, efforts will be made to minimize disruptions—and all pools, dining and other amenities will remain available. As renovations continue at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, the gingerbread display will not be available during the holiday season in 2025.

From May 2025 through 2026, some areas of the Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows are being refurbished. This work includes the reconfiguration of the front entrance roadway and bus area. While construction activity will be noticeable during daytime hours, efforts will be made to minimize disruptions. All Resort dining, pools and amenities will remain available. Additionally, some views of the theme parks and other surrounding areas may be impacted. Please allow for extra travel time when arriving at or leaving the Resort.

These attractions and rides usually close seasonally at Disneyland for refurbishments and holiday overlays. The estimated dates on this Disneyland refurbishment schedule are based on past ride closures. We'll always post the specific dates when we receive them under Disneyland ride refurbishments.
Grizzly River Run: Usually closes early January through February or March for seasonal refurbishment.
Haunted Mansion: Usually closes mid-August for holiday overlay installation and reopens September; closes early January for holiday overlay removal and reopens mid-January.
it's a small world: Usually closes mid to late October for holiday overlay installation and reopens November; closes mid-January for holiday overlay removal and reopens late January/early February.

Now through 2026, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is undergoing refurbishment, affecting certain areas in the hotel. The highest potential for noise will be limited to daylight hours.
As refurbishment is underway to make way for enhancements, some dining locations within Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa may have a modified experience. Napa Rose restaurant will be temporarily closed and is expected to reopen in fall 2025. During this time, Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures will be offered in Trillium Room.

The Waikolohe family pool, Waikolohe whirlpool spa, and Volcanic Vertical body slide will be unavailable from April 13 – May 8, 2026. During this time, we invite guests to make a splash other fun water features, including Waikolohe Stream lazy river, Ka Maka Pool & Grotto family pool, Keiki Cove children’s splash zone, Tubestone Curl tube slide, Menehune Bridge water play structure, several whirlpool spas, and the Ko Olina beach area.

As part of ongoing maintenance at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, Ka Maka Pool and Grotto will be unavailable for a limited time this fall. Ka Maka Pool and Grotto, including Ka Maka whirlpool spa, will be unavailable October 19 through November 14, 2025. These amenities are expected to reopen on November 15, 2025.
